How much is shipping to the United States?
Shipping is free on orders over $199. Orders under $199 ship for a flat $39. The amount is shown at checkout before you pay.
How long does delivery take after placing an order?
Every order is made to order and shipped from South Korea by international air courier.
Total estimated delivery is 7–14 business days after your order is confirmed. Customs or carrier conditions can cause delays.
Which carrier do you use for shipping?
Orders ship by international air courier with tracking from Korea to your US address.
Can I track my shipment?
Yes. Once your order is shipped,
you’ll receive an email with your tracking number so you can monitor your delivery status any time.
Will I need to pay import duties or taxes?
Because orders ship from outside the US, import duties, taxes, or customs fees may apply.
These charges, if any, are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in your order total.
Where do you ship? Can I ship to a PO box or military address?
We ship to street addresses in the 48 contiguous US states and Washington, D.C.
We cannot deliver to PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses, Alaska, Hawaii, or US territories.
What happens if my order is lost or damaged in transit?
If your order is lost or arrives damaged,
please email loomnshade1@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will review your claim and contact you with next steps.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
If your order has not shipped yet, please contact us immediately.
We cannot alter the shipping address once the package is in transit.
Do you offer express or expedited shipping options?
We do not offer a separate expedited shipping option at this time. All orders ship by international air courier within the 7–14 business day estimate.
Can I schedule a specific delivery date?
We cannot guarantee delivery on a specific date,
but the carrier will provide an estimated delivery window via the tracking information.
