How much is shipping to the United States?
Shipping fees vary depending on order size and destination.
The shipping cost will be calculated at checkout based on your location and order details.
How long does delivery take after placing an order?
We ship directly from South Korea to the US using UPS.
Delivery usually takes 7–14 days after your order is confirmed and payment is received.
Which carrier do you use for shipping?
All orders are shipped via UPS for reliable and trackable service from Korea to your US address.
Can I track my shipment?
Yes. Once your order is shipped,
you’ll receive an email with your UPS tracking number so you can monitor your delivery status any time.
Will I need to pay import duties or taxes?
Import duties or taxes may be charged by US customs depending on your order’s value.
These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

Can I ship to a PO box or military address?
At this time, we ship only to physical street addresses in the US.
UPS cannot deliver to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
What happens if my order is lost or damaged in transit?
We insure all shipments. If your order is lost or arrives damaged,
please contact our customer service within 48 hours so we can resolve the issue with UPS.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
If your order has not shipped yet, please contact us immediately.
We cannot alter the shipping address once the package is in transit.
Do you offer express or expedited shipping options?
Currently, all shipments are sent with standard international UPS service;
we do not offer expedited shipping at this time.
Can I schedule a specific delivery date?
We cannot guarantee delivery on a specific date,
but UPS will provide an estimated delivery window via the tracking information.
How do I place an order?
To place an order, simply select your desired blinds, customize the options,
and add them to your cart. Then proceed to checkout and follow the payment instructions.
Can I modify my order after it’s been placed?
If your order has not yet shipped,
you can request a modification by contacting our customer service as soon as possible.
How can I check my order status?
You can check your order status anytime by logging into your account
and viewing the order history, or by checking the confirmation email.
Can I add more items to my order after paying?
Orders cannot be changed once payment is completed.
Please place a new order for additional items.
Can I change the product specifications, such as size or color, after ordering?
If your order has not entered production, you may be able to change specifications.

Yes, you will receive an order confirmation email with all details after your purchase.
I made a mistake in my shipping address. How do I fix it?
Contact customer service immediately.
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll update the address for you.
How do I cancel my order?
If your order hasn’t been shipped or gone into production,
you can cancel it by contacting customer service.
Can I change the payment method after placing the order?
Unfortunately, the payment method cannot be changed once the order is completed.
Please cancel and reorder if you need to use a different payment method.

What if the product arrives damaged or defective?
Please contact customer service within 48 hours of receiving the damaged product for a replacement or refund.
Can I return a product if I change my mind?
Because our products are custom-made,
returns due to simply changing your mind are generally not accepted.

Will I be refunded for the shipping fee?
Shipping fees are refundable only if the return or cancellation is due to our error or defective products.
Can I cancel or return part of my order?
